1. Applied & ACCEPTED into a doctorate physical therapy program. 🎓💜
2. Placed third in my first bodybuilding competition on my birthday. 💪🏼🏆 3. Traveled to India, Japan, San Diego, Las Vegas, Tahoe, and New York City. ✈️ 4. Completed over 100 hours of teaching yoga. And 400 personal training hours. 🧘🏻♀️🏋🏻♀️ 5. Earned a 4.0 GPA in prerequisites: physiology, physics 1 & 2, microbiology. 🎓 6. Earned a score of 5 out of 6 on the GRE Writing portion. 📝 7. Climbed Mt Fuji in the snow with my favorite human where we first said we loved each other. 🏔💕 8. Flew over San Francisco in a helicopter! 🚁 9. Went to my first Outside Lands! 🎶👽 10. Moved to San Francisco and met a family of roommates! 👫👫🐹🐱 11. Started a new job as a physical therapy aide! 🏥 12. Explored levels of fitness including losing 20lbs and 10% body fat, and gaining it back to see & LOVE my body at every pound. 💪🏼❤️ 13. Skydived with my best friend! 👰🏼 14. Cried at the most beautiful monument I’ve ever seen.. Akshardham. 🧘🏻♀️💎 15. Volunteered at the final Yoga Journal Conference. 📿 16. Hit a bench press PR of 105lbs for 8 reps, and 135lbs 1RM, and deadlift PR 235lbs. 💪🏼 17. Started teaching Corporate Yoga! 📿🏙 18. Spent 4 sequential months sober to rejuvenate health! 🍻 19. Did pushups with Elaine LaLanne - beloved wife of fitness inspiration Jack LaLanne! 💪🏼 20. Watched ManU win against Real Madrid. ⚽️ 21. Went whale watching! 🐳 22. Improved my cooking and baking skills - especially ribeye steak. 🥩🍰 23. Went to my first Warriors game and sat in the suites. 💛💙🏀 24. Watched my Dodgers make it to the World Series! 💙⚾️ 25. Completed 100 volunteer hours at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital, physical therapy. 🏥 26. Had the most grounding and spiritually connected year of my life! 🙏🏼💋👫
